Who wants to win a $100 gift certificate to use at their favourite winery? I do I do, oh wait I can’t enter to win, but YOU can. Over the last year, I’ve explored over 30 BC Wineries and now I’ve expanded into Breweries and soon a Distillery and I want to share them with you. So how will I do this? I’m giving away a $100 gift certificate to the winery, brewery or distillery of your choice from the selection of places that I’ve written about in the two series.

A glass of OK Crush Pad Pinot Gris with Pinot Gris Grapes

How do you enter? It is pretty simple really. The full contest rules are here: and the way to enter is below. Search through the two series; 30 BC Wineries and 30 BC Craft Liquor and pick the Winery/Brewery/Distillery or your choice. Leave a comment through telling me which one is your favourite and if you are chosen that is the one you will win a gift certificate to. Sounds pretty easy right? It is. Good luck and get out there and enjoy some great BC Wine, Craft Beer and Spirits.

  1. Hi Marc, My fav from the list is your first – Quail’s Gate of course! Love the Gamay Noir! Dirty Laundry for the patio with a view and cute picnic basket options would be a close second. Next season give Rustico a try, it is a unique concept with some great reds. And a box! Keep up the good work! Happy Tasting!

  2. See Ya Later Ranch – I love their product. Discovered them at the Vancouver Int’l Wine Fest and have bought their wine ever since. Loved seeing the photos that you took of the property – it’s on the list to visit the next time out in wine country.

  3. Summerhill Pyramid Winery. I have heard Stephen Cipes talk about building the pyramid to Magnetic North & about growing an organic vineyard. Visiting his winery would be fascinating, and, of course, sampling his wines would be great as well.

  4. We are fortunate to live in the heart of Wine Country and we have a lot of relatives who visit during the summer! One of the favourite things to do are wine tours. Summerhill Pyramid Winery is always on the agenda, it is great for picture taking, their wines are delightful, and the guided tour is very interesting. A GC for me, the designated driver, would be quite a treat!

  5. I was recently introduced to the wines of Blue Mountain Vineyard and would love the opportunity to sample more. Love what I have tried so far.

  6. Hmm…how to choose? I’m torn between Summerhill or the Okanagan Spirits Craft Distillery. Both so different and yet so delicious!

  7. Hmmmm…I’ll choose Blue Grouse Vineyard and Estate Winery is on Vancouver Island. Completely decided by geography! Any mainland choice would be an expensive glass indeed between ferries and petrol…

  8. So many great wineries…Summerhill for their sparkling….Thornhaven …..Quail’s gate for their Pinot Noir, Hillside for amazing food, upper bench for their cheese….and dirt laundry is always great!

  9. We live in such a beautiful belt of wineries and many of them are amazingly good., Thank you for such nice postings on them. Definatly in the mood for wine in this stormy week! I vote for Chaberton Estate Winery as I do have to choose for you. Next month I may sway another way!
    Cheers!! Happy winetasting 🙂
