Family fun for four at the Vancouver Canadians at Nat Bailey Stadium.

Take me out to the ball game… Who doesn’t love an afternoon at the ballpark? If you’ve never been to a Vancouver Canadians game before you are really missing out. Two years ago as part of my original 30 Day Adventures I was lucky enough to watch my first ever game from the outfield behind the scoreboard and I’ve been back many times since. With the help of my friends at the Canadians I want to make sure you get to enjoy one of the best summer activities in the city, you can take three of your best Friends, Family or Co-Workers to the August 11th game against the Tri-City Devils. It’s up to you if you indulge in the other summer past-time of hotdogs and beer, I certainly won’t stop you.

My friends Marc M, Raj, Jacqui and Me

  1. Hart House Restuarant, Fine Dining Lakeside in Burnaby – this is truly a fabulous find for the uninitiated. You can sit in the sun and look out over serene Deer Lake, while enjoying some of the best food in the Lower Mainland.

Seasons in the Park-in Queen Elizabeth Park at the top of Little Mountain, a dreamy view overlooking our gorgeous city & mountains…then it is only a hop, skip and a jump over to the Canadians game, which btw I love attending, it really is some of the finest summer fun in Vancouver.
    Loved your Canadians post!

  3. Flying Beaver! I guess it’s because I travel buy float plane a lot, so I really appreciate the Flying Beaver and its cousin across the pond in Victoria, the Flying Otter.

I like Seasons in The Park is a very appropriate favorite because of that gorgeous location and I think it ties in perfectly with a ball game since you can just roll down the hill to the stadium!

  5. The rooftop patio at Black & Blue sounds so elegant. Chill Winston is a fun place for drinks and a bite to eat
